Roadshow Chauffeurs in London
If you've ever tried to run a corporate roadshow with a normal taxi booking app, you already know the problem. Drivers change halfway through the day. Nobody remembers your third stop was moved forward an hour. And by the time you reach venue four, you're explaining the whole itinerary again to someone new. That's not how we do things at A2B Radio Cars.
We've been running roadshow chauffeur services for clients across London for a long time now, and most of what we do comes down to one thing: keeping the same driver and the same standard of car with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off, even if that's three days and eight venues later.
What book your Roadshow with us:
A roadshow isn't really a taxi job. It's closer to a small logistics operation that happens to involve cars. Meetings overrun. Traffic on the A4 doesn't care about your 2pm slot. Someone's flight gets moved. A chauffeur service for corporate roadshows has to be able to absorb all of that without the client noticing the strain.
So when we set up a roadshow booking, we ask a few things upfront:
Which venues, in what order, and how much slack is realistically needed between them. Whether it's one executive travelling or a group that needs two or three cars moving together. And whether the schedule is likely to shift on the day, because with investor tours and press circuits, it almost always does.
From there we assign drivers who've actually done this kind of work before. Not just good drivers but drivers who know what it's like waiting outside an office for forty minutes because a meeting ran long, and who don't make it your problem.
Roadshow services:
We get asked a lot whether we have a "roadshow package." Not really, and we think that's the right answer. A single-day investor tour around the City needs something completely different from a five-day product launch tour moving between three UK cities. Our chauffeur services get built around whatever the actual schedule looks like, not the other way round.
That said, there are things every roadshow booking with us includes:
A single point of contact managing the whole itinerary, not separate bookings for each leg. Live updates if a car's running early or late. Clean, comfortable vehicles that make sense for people who'll be working from the back seat between meetings. And drivers who are used to discretion. a lot of what gets discussed in the car during an investor isn't meant for anyone else.
Getting a roadshow booked:
Most of our roadshow clients call rather than book online, mainly because there's usually a schedule to talk through first. That's fine by us. Ring 020 8569 4040 and we'll go through the itinerary together, work out how many cars and drivers you actually need, and give you a fixed price before anything's confirmed.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Can we keep the same driver for the whole roadshow, even over multiple days?
Yes, and honestly we'd recommend it. Once a driver spends a day with your group, they know the pace, the passengers, and how you like things to run. We book the same chauffeur across the full tour wherever possible rather than swapping drivers venue to venue.
What happens if a meeting overruns and the rest of the day shifts?
It gets adjusted, not cancelled. Our dispatch team is watching the schedule in real time, so if a stop runs long we shift the next pickup rather than leaving you to sort it out mid-roadshow. This is genuinely most of what a roadshow service is for.
Do you cover roadshows outside London, or just City and Heathrow routes?
Both. A lot of our bookings are Central London and Heathrow-based, but we regularly run multi-city roadshows that go well beyond the M25. If the tour spans several days and several cities, tell us the full route and we'll build the whole thing as one plan rather than quoting it leg by leg.
